Kyoritsu Insulation Continuity Tester 3023

The Kyoritsu 3023 is a 3-in-one unit (insulation test, AC voltage measurement, continuity test) with test voltages of 100/250/500/1000V.

When insulation resistance like a capacitive load is measured, electric charges stored in capacitive circuits are automatically discharged after measuring. Discharge can be checked with the LED and with a mark on the LCD.

The 3023 is also a 4-range digital insulation resistance tester for testing low-voltage installation below 600 V. Resistance measurement with audible Continuity check function is also available.
